1. A crawling or tingling feeling in your legs
If you frequently experience a sensation like something is crawling, tingling, or pulling in your legs—especially in the evening or at night—it may be linked to Restless Legs Syndrome. This condition can create an uncontrollable urge to move your legs, often interfering with sleep. It has been associated with iron deficiency, nerve-related issues, and certain chronic conditions, making it worth discussing with a doctor if it persists.


2. Skin thickening or hardening
Changes in your skin texture—such as thickening, tightening, or hardening—can sometimes point to more than a surface-level issue. While it may be related to eczema, allergies, or chronic irritation, it can also reflect hormonal imbalances or immune system responses.
